Do I really get a US street address?
Yes. Every active account is assigned a unique suite number on our Billings, MT facility — usable for parcels, mail and supplier shipments. It is a real street address, not a PO box.
How long can a package sit before storage fees kick in?
Thirty days on every tier. After day 30 it is $1/day, or $2/day for oversized cargo above 1m³. Standard and above buy you 45, 60 or 90 free days. Beyond day 60 packages are auto-discarded unless flagged.
How is billable weight calculated?
Billable weight = max(actual, dimensional). We catch dimensional-weight traps at the merge stage so you do not discover them on the carrier invoice.
Can you classify HTS codes for us?
The brokerage desk handles classification, declarations and hold rehearsals. We do not act as customs counsel, but we file packets your reviewer can replay.
Do you ship to APO/FPO?
Yes. Handling is $27 per shipment (covers one received package) plus the USPS Priority Mail rate. Each additional consolidated package is $11.
What does the personal shopper service cover?
We purchase from US merchants on your behalf for 15% of the order value (10% on Distributor), minimum $10. In-store buying, phone orders and special-handling stores add $33.
How do exceptions get reported?
A human owns every booked lane. When a lane wobbles, you receive an email naming the bump, the hypothesis and the next checkpoint — no anonymous status string.
Do you publish carrier scorecards?
Anchored accounts receive a quarterly carrier scorecard tied to real OTIF and dwell numbers — not survey averages.
